Distribute ceiling surplus and government waste lands to landless Dalit farmers. Enforce existing land reform laws. Prevent land grabbing from SC/ST communities.
Free education from primary to university level for all SC/ST/OBC students. Full hostel and scholarship support. Special coaching for competitive examinations.
Government hospitals in every panchayat serving Dalit-majority villages. End discrimination in healthcare. Free medicines and maternal health services.
Strict implementation of SC/ST reservations in government jobs. Extend reservations to private sector. Fill all backlog vacancies immediately.
Fast-track courts exclusively for SC/ST PoA Act cases. Compensation and immediate protection for victims. Strict punishment for perpetrators with no compromise.
